EUROPEAN UNION :
- Belgium, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Austria: 2-7 Days.
- Rest of EU countries: 4-10 days depending on country and method selected.
OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION :
5-10 days depending on method selected.
Our delivery times do not include order preparation time, which can vary from 24 to 48 hours during standard business days.
In general, orders placed before 1 p.m. are processed the same day. During certain times of the year, such as special sales or the Christmas period, these preparation times may be extended due to the higher volume of orders.
International Delivery
Customers outside the European Union may be required to pay customs fees, not included in the cost of the order. Depending on the country and your delivery address, the amounts of these taxes vary. These charges are the responsibility and responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges and returns policy
Our commitment is to guarantee your satisfaction by offering the possibility of exchanges or returns within the expected deadlines. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the items to us. Beyond this period, no exchange or refund will be possible.
Returned items must be new, in salable condition, unwashed, untreated and not altered in any way. They must be returned in their original condition, with the original tags still attached.
